We know you will be anxiously waiting for your package to arrive to your front door, so please read below to help guide your shipping selection. Our customers are our number one priority and we want to make sure your order is shipped to you as soon as possible!
FREE shipping through USPS First Class
When will my order ship?
All orders will be processed within 3-14 business days if standard shipping is selected (USPS First Class). Once the package is on the truck, there is a 2-5 business day estimated arrival time. However, these orders do NOT have a guaranteed delivery date. Shipping may exceed 6 days as USPS does not deliver on Sundays or holidays.
*Please note that Direct Team Sports also does not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
*While we will do all that we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Direct Team Sports cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, postal interruptions, etc.
What if I need my order sooner than this?
Please call 941-342-0244 to see the fastest we can get you your order. You can upgrade your shipping to USPS Priority Mail. We also offer Sarasota, FL Store Pick Up for those located in Florida. This does not expedite the processing time, only the shipping time.
*NOTE: All express orders placed on Friday after 3PM (EST), Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday.
USPS Priority Mail: We always recommend upgrading to priority, as this is our preferred shipping method. Priority mail orders are processed between 2-10 business days. After that, expect your package to arrive within 2-3 business days.
*Please note again that USPS does not deliver on Sundays or holidays.
How do I know the status of my order?
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Then, once your order starts being processed, you will receive another email with a USPS tracking number. You can check the status of your order at any time by clicking the hyperlink in your email or by tracking your number at usps.com. For in store pick up orders, you will receive an email letting you know the order is ready to be picked up.
Can I make changes to my shipping address after I place my order?
Once you receive our email stating that your order is processing, Direct Team Sports is unable to make any changes or modifications to an order, as we begin working on shipping your order immediately. However, if you notice your address is incorrect when you receive your confirmation email, please reach out to direct@sarasotashirts.com. We ask that in your email you include your first and last name, your order number and what changes need to be made.
