Opening a team store with Direct Team Sports is simple, free, and built to give back to your program. Here's how it works.

1. Tell us about your team

Fill out our quick Open a Team Store form — your sport, your colors, and roughly how many people. We'll be in touch within one business day.

2. We design your store — free

Our in-house team builds a private online store with your logo, your colors, and gear your players and fans actually want to wear. You approve everything before it goes live. There's no setup fee and nothing to buy up front.

3. Players, parents & fans order direct

We share your store link. Everyone orders their own gear in their own size — no collecting cash, no spreadsheets, no boxes of inventory in your garage.

4. We make it and ship it — you earn

Every item is made to order in our Sarasota studio and shipped straight to the buyer. A share of every sale goes back to your team, school, or organization as a fundraiser.

How the fundraiser works

We add a small markup you choose (most teams pick 10–15%) to your store's gear. That markup comes back to your program — no upfront cost, no inventory, no order minimums. We'll set the exact rate with you when we build your store.

What you can sell

Pretty much anything your team wants: embroidered hats and polos, screen-printed tees and hoodies, sublimated jerseys, drinkware, bags, and fan apparel. We're a full in-house custom shop — embroidery, screen print, DTF, sublimation, and laser engraving all under one roof — so your branding stays consistent and nothing gets outsourced.

How long it takes

Most stores go live within 1–2 weeks of approving the gear and artwork. Bigger builds with multiple sports or logo variations can take 2–3 weeks. We'll give you a firm timeline once we know the scope.

How much does it cost to set up? $0. No setup fees, no monthly fees, and no inventory to buy.

Do I have to handle orders or shipping? No. Everyone orders directly and we ship to them. You never touch inventory, payments, or logistics.

Can we add or change items after launch? Yes — add seasonal items, run playoff drops, and update sizes and colors anytime. Just reach out.
