How much does it cost to set up an online team store?+

$0. There are no setup fees, no upfront inventory costs, and no monthly fees. We build, host, and run the store for you. You only pay for items you order yourself — players, parents, and fans buy directly through the store.

How does the team store fundraiser work?+

A portion of every order placed in your team store goes back to your team, school, or organization. The exact rate depends on the gear and the program — we'll go over the specifics once we learn about your team. There's no upfront investment from you, ever.

What kinds of teams and organizations can open a store?+

Any team or organization can open a store with us: high school and youth sports teams, club teams, college programs, booster clubs, recreation leagues, performing arts groups, non-profits, and community organizations. We've outfitted hockey, lacrosse, rowing, baseball, football, golf, figure skating, soccer, and more.

Do I have to collect orders or handle shipping?+

No. Players, parents, and fans order directly through your team's storefront. We produce each item to order in Sarasota, Florida and ship straight to the buyer. You don't touch inventory, payments, or shipping logistics.

What gear can we put in our team store?+

Pretty much anything your team wants — embroidered hats and polos, screen-printed tees and hoodies, sublimated jerseys, drinkware, bags, fan apparel, and more. We're a full in-house custom shop (embroidery, screen print, sublimation, DTF, laser engraving), so we don't outsource and your branding stays consistent.

How long does it take to launch a team store?+

Most stores go live within 1–2 weeks of approving the gear and artwork. Larger custom builds with multiple sports or logo variants can take 2–3 weeks. We'll give you a firm timeline once we know the scope.

Can we change products or add new items after the store launches?+

Yes. Team stores aren't static — you can add seasonal items, swap out outdated gear, run limited drops for tournaments or playoffs, and update sizing/colors. Just reach out and we'll handle the updates.

Are returns or exchanges available on team store orders?+
